Covid Made It Worse...We’re All Touch Starved Now

Covid didn’t just change the world. It changed how we touch each other.
The shoulder taps stopped. The casual hugs disappeared. The simple comfort of being close to someone suddenly felt dangerous.
I felt it myself. For the last few years of my grandmother’s life, I couldn’t even hug her. She had lung issues, and I was terrified of getting her sick. So we stopped touching. No hugs. No closeness. Just distance and fear.
And I wasn’t the only one.
A lot of men I see now carry that same quiet hunger. They’re successful, they love their families, but somewhere along the way the touch dried up. Kids became the priority. The relationship turned into a partnership. Life got busy, stressful, and careful. Covid just made the distance feel permanent.
Now their bodies are still running on high alert. Still craving something as basic as being held, touched, and received without pressure, without performance, without having to explain why.
That’s what I create here.
One safe, private hour where you can finally exhale. Where touch is slow and intentional. Where there’s no agenda and no one else ever has to know.
You don’t have to pretend the years of distance didn’t affect you.
You don’t have to feel guilty for wanting something as human as connection.
If Covid left you more touch-starved than you realized, and you’re quietly craving a moment of real warmth and presence… you’re not alone.
When you’re ready, I’m here.
Warmly,
Tina
